Our first rehearsal of the 2025-2026 season will be on Thursday, September 4th, beginning with light refreshments and fellowship in the narthex of the church starting at 7:00pm with rehearsal to follow. Mission
The mission of the Saint Bartholomew Adult Choir is to proclaim our Catholic faith through music and inspire, enrich, and foster participation of the St. Bartholomew community in our Sunday Liturgies through chant, hymns, and sacred songs.

Membership
The Adult Choir is open to anyone from high school freshman through adult. Ability to read music is a plus but is not required.

Repertoire
The repertoire of the Adult Choir spans the many centuries of the life of the church and includes chant, hymnody, and sacred music from the Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, and Romantic era, as well as contemporary choral works.

Rehearsal & Liturgy Schedule
Rehearsals
The Adult Choir typically rehearses on Thursday evenings at 7:30pm in the church choir loft, starting the first Thursday after Labor Day and continuing until around early June (depending on how the calendar falls).
Liturgies
The Adult Choir sings at:- The 12 Noon Mass every Sunday from October until early June
- Confirmation Masses
- Christmas Eve Lessons and Carols/Midnight Mass
- The liturgies of the Sacred Triduum (Holy Thursday Mass of the Lord’s Supper, Good Friday Service of the Lord’s Passion, and Great Easter Vigil)
- Other special liturgical celebrations throughout the year
